Last updated September 28, 2026. These pages explain how Pakdonkey handles the website and warranty conversations. They are written for drivers and workshop partners. They are not a signed vehicle warranty. Coverage exists only in a contract for a specific vehicle.
1. What this policy covers
This privacy policy explains what Pakdonkey collects when you use pakdonkey.com, email the coverage desk, subscribe to notes, or unsubscribe. It also explains what we do with vehicle and claim information once you are in a real correspondence or under a signed contract. It does not describe a repair shop’s own cameras or invoices except where those records are sent to us as part of a claim packet.
The forms on this website run in your browser. They check that fields are filled in a sensible way and then show a confirmation message. This static site does not, by itself, transmit form contents to a Pakdonkey server. If you want us to receive details, send them by email to coverage@pakdonkey.com. Anything you email is covered by this policy.
2. Information you may give us
Identity and contact details: your name and email address when you write to us or subscribe. We do not ask for a telephone number or a street address on this website, and we ask you not to add them unless a signed contract later requires a notice address.
Vehicle details: year, make, model, miles, the system you care about, and the plan or deductible you want to compare. These are quote details. They describe a possible contract. They are not a claim.
Claim details, once a contract exists: contract number, odometer readings, symptoms, workshop notes, photographs of parts, invoices, and the decision we send. Photographs may incidentally show a license plate, a face, or a workshop interior. Send cropped images when you can.
Subscription details: the email address you place on the list, the topics you select, and the date you subscribe or unsubscribe. We keep the unsubscribe request so we do not add you again by mistake.
Please do not send government identity numbers, bank card numbers, or medical information. A warranty conversation does not need them. If you include them anyway, we will delete them from the thread when we see them, unless a rare legal duty requires a copy to be held.
3. Information collected automatically
Like most websites, the server that hosts these pages may briefly log an address, a browser type, and the page requested in order to keep the site available and to diagnose faults. We do not build a profile of your driving from those logs. We do not run a marketing pixel that follows you across other sites from this project.
Fonts may be requested from a font host so the pages match the design. That request is a technical one between your browser and the font host. If you prefer not to make it, your browser will fall back to a local typeface and the pages remain usable.
We do not respond to “do not track” in a special way because we do not track you across sites in the first place. You can also block cookies in your browser. The forms do not require an account cookie.
4. How we use information
We use contact and vehicle details to answer a quote, to explain a plan, and to decide whether a vehicle can be offered a contract. We use claim packets to compare a failure with the schedule, to state a deductible, and to keep a record of what was approved or declined. We use subscription details only to send the notes you asked for and to honor a later unsubscribe.
We use messages to improve schedules when many drivers stumble on the same sentence. When we do that, we refer to the issue, not to your name, unless you have agreed to be quoted and even then we use a first name and an initial as on the testimonials page.
We do not sell personal information. We do not rent email lists. A repair partner receives only what that partner needs for the vehicle they are repairing under a contract, such as an authorization note. They do not receive our subscriber list.
5. Why we are allowed to use it
Depending on applicable law, we rely on one or more of the following: your request that we prepare a quote or answer a claim, the contract we sign with you, a legitimate interest in keeping claim files accurate and in defending a decision, a legal duty to keep certain records, and your consent for optional email notes. You may withdraw consent for notes at any time. Withdrawing it does not erase a claim file that a contract requires us to keep.
Where a law gives you a right to object to a use based on legitimate interest, email us. We will pause that use unless we have a compelling reason to continue, such as an open claim, and we will explain the reason.
6. Who else sees it
Specialists inside the Pakdonkey desk see quote and claim information according to their lane. A plan advisor does not need every historical invoice. A claims lead does. Access is limited to the work.
Repair partners and, where the contract allows, a parts supplier see the authorization and the vehicle details required to complete a covered repair. They are expected to use those details only for that repair.
We may share information with a professional adviser, a payment provider named in a contract, or an authority when the law requires it. If the desk is transferred as a business, the signed contracts and the files needed to honor them move with the transfer, and drivers with open contracts are told by email.
We do not authorize those parties to use your details for their own marketing. If a shop asks to add you to its own list, that request is the shop’s, and you can refuse it without affecting a covered repair.
7. Subscribe and unsubscribe
Desk notes are optional. The subscribe page asks for a name, an email address, a topic, and a confirmation that you want the mail. You can leave through the unsubscribe page, through a link in a note if one is present, or by emailing coverage@pakdonkey.com with the address you want removed. We treat a clear request as enough. You do not need to give a reason, though a reason helps us write better notes.
We aim to stop further notes promptly. A message already handed to an email network may still arrive. Transactional messages about a quote you requested or a claim you opened are not the same as the optional list. Unsubscribing from notes does not close a claim and does not cancel a contract.
Please subscribe with an address you check. If you give someone else’s address, you confirm you have permission. We may refuse a subscription that looks automated or that belongs to a role account that cannot unsubscribe itself.
8. How long we keep information
Quote emails that do not become a contract are kept only as long as needed to finish the conversation and a short period after, so we can answer a follow-up, and are then deleted or reduced to a non-identifying count of inquiries. Claim files and signed agreements are kept for the life of the contract and for a further period the agreement or applicable law requires, because a late dispute about a paid repair is still possible.
Unsubscribe records are kept so the address is not added again. Server logs, if the host makes them, rotate on the host’s ordinary schedule. Testimonials we publish stay on the page until you ask us to take a quote down, and we will do so if it identifies you and you no longer agree.
9. How we protect it
We limit desk access, use reputable email, and avoid collecting numbers we do not need. No method of email is perfectly secure. Do not send passwords or card data. If we believe a message thread has been exposed in a way that creates a real risk, we will tell the affected people as applicable law requires and describe what we are doing about it.
Photographs in a claim file are stored with the file, not in a public gallery. The pictures on this marketing site are separate stock photographs of vehicles and workshops. They are not customer claim photos.
10. Your choices and requests
You may ask what information we hold about you, ask for a correction, ask for deletion where the law allows, ask for a copy in a common format, and object to or restrict a use. We may decline a deletion when a signed contract or a legal duty requires the file, and we will say which duty. We may need to confirm that the email address matches the one in the file before we release anything.
If a law gives you the right to complain to a regulator, you may do that. We ask that you email the desk first so we can correct a mistake quickly. We will not treat you differently for asking a privacy question.
Browser controls let you block cookies and scripts. Blocking scripts will stop form validation messages from appearing. The pages themselves will still be readable.
11. Children
Auto warranty contracts are for vehicle owners and authorized drivers who can enter an agreement. The site is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from a child. If you believe a child has written to us, email coverage@pakdonkey.com and we will delete the message.
12. Where information is handled
Email and hosting providers may process messages in more than one place. By writing to us you understand that a message can be handled where those providers operate. We do not publish a headquarters street address on this site. Contract notices, if a signed agreement requires a place for notice, will be stated in that agreement rather than guessed from the website.
If applicable law requires a particular safeguard for a transfer, we will use a safeguard the law recognizes or we will not send the information. You can ask where a given file is held and we will answer in practical terms.
13. Changes to this policy
We will post changes on this page and change the date at the top. If a change materially affects claim files or the optional email list, we will also mention it in the next desk note or in a direct email where we have an address and the change requires it. Continuing to browse after a posting means you have the new policy for website use. A signed contract’s privacy or notice clause, if it has one, still governs that contract.
14. Cookies in more detail
This static site does not set a login cookie and does not store your quote in a cookie. A host or a font provider may set a technical cookie of its own. You can refuse cookies in the browser settings. Refusing them does not block you from reading plans, prices, or these policies.
We do not use cookies to make automated decisions about eligibility. Eligibility is a written judgment by a person using the vehicle description and the plan rules.
How To Reach The Desk
Email coverage@pakdonkey.com. We do not publish a telephone number or a street address. Please do not send bank card numbers or government identity numbers in a website form. A contract, if you sign one, will tell you how to send claim documents.
