We rebuilt the powertrain schedule so each internal part is its own line. Advisors stopped paraphrasing and started quoting the line number in emails.

Projects That Changed The Contract.
These are internal projects. They are not repair jobs. Each one changed a sentence drivers see, a photo a workshop must send, or a rule the claims desk applies.
Claim intake
Photo-first packets
Repair partners now send the in-vehicle photograph before they remove the part. Incomplete packets are returned with one missing item named, not a generic rejection.
Electrical desk
Module claims
High-tech claims gained a fault-code field. A module is reviewed only when the code and the listed part agree.
Driveline
All-wheel drive axles
Transfer case and axle bearings were split into separate lines so a front-axle failure is not argued as a transmission claim.
Workshops
Tool-bay checklist
A one-page checklist tells a partner which photos and readings a powertrain file needs. The same page is attached to the driver’s confirmation.
Eligibility
Older performance cars
Vehicles past a mile threshold are quoted only on plans that still list their major assemblies, instead of a blanket decline with no explanation.

How A Project Ships.
01. Read The Disputes
We collect claim emails where a driver and a workshop used different names for the same part. Those mismatches become the project brief.
02. Rewrite One Page
The schedule changes in a single controlled edit. Old contracts keep the wording they were signed with. New quotes use the revised page.
03. Teach The Desk
Advisors and claim readers practice with a sample file. The project is done when a stranger can follow the email without calling anyone.
